摘要
遵循中医人才成长规律,以学生为中心,以教研项目为纽带,依托各级各类重点学科、名中医工作室等平台,通过"一核心、二体制、一体系、五支撑"为要素的"1215"教学改革与实践,构建以提高临床能力为目标,以经典引领、名医示范、案例解析、临床实践为主线,以中医经典课程为载体,以选修课、专题讲座、课外社团活动等贯穿全过程,循序渐进的多层次中医经典课程教学体系。通过运行、实践和评价本教学体系,取得了良好的成效。
Following the growth rule of TCM talents, taking students as the center, taking teaching and research projects as link, and relying on the platforms of key disciplines at all levels and famous TCM doctor studios, through "1215" teaching reform and practice with "one core, two institutions, one system, five supports" as key factors, a multi-level and step-by-step teaching system of TCM classics courses has been established with improving clinical ability as goal, classic guidance, demonstration of famous doctors, case analysis and clinical practice as mainline, and TCM classics courses as carrier with optional courses, special lectures and extracurricular club activities through the whole process. This teaching system has obtained good effectiveness after operation, practice and evaluation.
