摘要
目的比较腹腔镜与微创小切口阑尾切除术治疗老年急性阑尾炎的效果。方法将82例老年急性阑尾炎患者随机分为对照组(41例,腹腔镜阑尾切除术)和观察组(41例,微创小切口阑尾切除术)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组肛门首次排气时间、术后首次下床时间、术中出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3 d,两组的CRP、TP水平均升高,但观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年急性阑尾炎患者治疗中,微创小切口阑尾切除术具有创伤小、术后恢复快的优势。
Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic and minimally invasive appendectomy in the treatment ofacute appendicitis in elderly patients. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with acute appendicitis were randomly dividedinto control group （n=41, laparoscopic appendectomy） and observation group （n=41, minimally invasive small incisionappendectomy）. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The first time of anal exhaust and gettingout of bed after operation, intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.At 1,3 days after operation, the levels of CRP and TP in both groups increased, but those in the observation group werelower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis, minimallyinvasive small incision appendectomy has the advantages of less trauma and postoperative quick recovery.
