摘要
目的评估一种检测男性前列腺炎患者解脲脲原体(UU)感染的新型核酸恒温扩增检测技术(SAT)。方法纳入237例男性前列腺炎患者和80例健康体检者。分别采用SAT法、实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和培养法检测UU的感染。结果 SAT、RT-PCR和培养法对男性前列腺炎患者UU的检出率分别是43.9%、37.1%,30.0%。SAT法检测男性前列腺炎患者UU的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和约登指数分别是96.6%、87.8%、82.7%、97.7%和0.844。结论 SAT是一种UU检出率相对较高的新技术。作为一种快速和准确的方法,SAT适用于临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the value of a novel simultaneous amplification and testing(SAT)technology used for male prostatitis patients with ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)infection.Methods 237 male prostatitis patients and 80 healthy controls were included in the study.SAT method,real time fluorescence quantitative reverse trascription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and culture-based method were used respectively to detect UU infection.Results The UU detection rate of SAT,PT-PCR,and culture-based method were 43.9%,37.1%,and30.0% among the male prostatitis patients.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and Youden index of UU detection by SAT method in male prostatitis were 96.6%,87.8%,82.7%,97.7%,and 0.844.Conclusion The result of our study suggests SAT is a new technology with relatively high UU detection rate.As a rapid and accurate method,SAT is worth expanding for clinical use.
