摘要 建立了QuEChERS法-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定柑橘中12种植物生长调节剂残留的方法。采用酸化乙腈提取,QuEChERS法净化的方法处理柑橘样品,利用UPLC-MS/MS分析,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下以0.1%甲酸水和甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱。12种植物生长调节剂在(10~400)μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9920~0.9997,平均加标回收率为70.3%~109.7%;相对标准偏差在0.9%~10.1%。该方法简便、灵敏度高,适用于柑橘中12种植物生长调节剂残留的测定。 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of twelve plant growth regulator residues in orange by using QuEChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Orange samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS method. The purified liquid was analysed by UPLC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.0.1% formic acid in water and methanol were used as mobile phase to complete gradient elution. The linear ranges of twelve plant growth regulators were(10-400)μg/L and the correlation coefficients were0.9920-0.9997. The average recoveries were in the range of 70.3%-109.7%. The relative standard deviations were between 0.9% and 10.1%. The method is simple, sensitive and can be used for determination of plant growth regulators in orange.
