摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的检测方法.方法:豆芽样品经酸化甲醇提取,高速离心沉淀分离后,以甲醇+乙腈+0.1% 醋酸(60+5+35)为流动相,采用ZORBAX SB C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm)分离,UV 267 nm检测,外标法定量.结果:豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤的线性范围在 0~2.0 mg/L,回收率在 81.3%~87.5%,RSD均小于 6%,最低检出限为 0.04 mg/kg.结论:该方法具有快速、灵敏、简便、准确等优点,能满足实际工作的需要.
Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) in bean-sprout by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods:Column:Zorbax SB C 18 column( 250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm ),the mobile phase:CH 3OH+CH 3CN+0.1%HAC(60+5+35),the flow rate: 1.0 ml/min ;the UV detector wavelength: 267 nm .The bean-sprout samples were extracted by acided CH 3OH firstly and then preseperated by centrifugal precipitation. Results:The linear range was 0~ 2.0 mg/L and the limit of detection was 0.04 mg/kg .Extraction recoveries were between 81.3%~87.5%,RSD were less than 6%. Conclusion:This method is found to be sensitive,fast and accurate.Therefore,it can be successfully used for determination of 6-BA in bean-sprout.[
