摘要
综述了常用植物生长调节剂在食品中的残留分析方法。
As a kind of pesticide the plant growth regulator has certain toxicity. After sprayed, it had some effect on the environment and food quality safety. The residue analysis takes an important role in the monitoring of food safety. With the development of analytical chemistry, new sample preparation and instruments have been broadly used in the residue analysis. In this paper, the residue analysis method of plant growth regulators used in food was summaried.
