基于翻转课堂融合CBL教学法在临床医学专业生物化学教学中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 生物化学是临床医学及相关专业一门重要的医学基础专业课程。为评价翻转课堂融合案例教学法(CBL)在生物化学教学中的应用效果,在临床医学专业教学中开展教学改革,对照组采用传统教师课堂讲授法,实验组采用翻转课堂融合CBL教学法。通过问卷调查和试卷考试评价教学效果。结果显示,翻转课堂融合CBL教学法有助于学生掌握生物化学理论知识,培养学生的自主学习能力和提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,有效提升了生物化学的教学质量。 To investigate the application of flipped classroom combined with CBL(case-based learning) teaching mode in clinical medicine teaching of biochemistry, 60 students enrolled in the year of 2016 were divided into two groups: the control group who received the traditional teaching mode and the experimental group who received the flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode. Exams were administered and the scores were analyzed. At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted for instruction evaluation. The results showed that the total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, which revealed that the flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching method was better than the traditional teaching model. The application of flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode can significantly improve the teaching quality by deepening the students' understanding of theoretical knowledge of biochemistry, and cultivating the ability on putting forward, analyzing and settling questions and the ability of independent learning.
