摘要
目的:建立藏药小檗皮中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent XDBC18(4.6mm×50mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈-乙酸-三乙胺(70:30:0.5:0.745),体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长345nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.400~2.000μg的质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9999),盐酸巴马汀在0.016~0.800μg的质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9999);平均回收率分别为98.5%和97.5%。结论:所建立的HPLC法简便快捷、准确,可用于藏药小檗皮的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Berberis kansuensis Schneid.. Methods The separation was performed on Aglient XDB C18（4. 6 mm × 50 mm,5 μm） by HPLC,using water-acetonitrile-acetate – triethylamine（ 70 ： 30 ： 0. 5 ： 0.745） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results The linear range of p H was 0. 400 - 2. 000 μg（ r-2= 0. 9999） and BH was 0. 016 - 0. 800 μg（r-2= 0. 9999）.The average recoveries were 98. 5 % and 97. 5 % respectively. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and it can be used for the quality control of Berberis kansuensis Schneid..
