摘要
目的:为控制晶珠糖尿康胶囊质量,建立藏茜草、小檗皮、诃子的薄层色谱(TCL)鉴别及盐酸小檗碱的薄层扫描定量方法。方法:采用TCL进行定性鉴别,用薄层扫描法进行含量测定。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.08%。结论:本质量标准可有效地控制晶珠糖尿康胶囊质量。
s objective: In order to control the quality of Jingzhu glycosuric capsule, a TLC method was established to separation Zang Qiancao, Xiao Bopi, Hezi and determine the quantitation of Xiao Bojian. Method: The Zang Qiancao, Xiao Bopi, Hezi in sample were identified by TLC and the quantitation of berberine hydrchloride is conalized by TLC. Results:The discrimination is specific and the quantitative analysis method is simple, fast and accurate. The average recoveries were 98.5% and the RSD was 1.08%. Conclusion:This method can control the quality of Jingzhu glycosuric capsule effectively.
