摘要
以ＨＰＬＣ法测定了中药复方制剂消癃片中小檗碱（Ｂｅｒｂｅｒｉｎｅ）的含量，可做为该制剂的一项质控指标。对制剂加工过程中小檗碱的动态进行了分析，提出了工艺改进的依据。
The determination of berberine in Xiaolong Tablets,a compound preparation of the Chinese medicine by HPLC,can be as an index of the quality control for this tablets.The dynamic analysis of berberine during the preparation process provided a basis for its procedure improvement.
