藏成药八味小檗皮散的药材鉴别和小檗碱的测定 被引量:8

摘要 目的建立藏成药八味小檗皮散的质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法鉴别小檗皮、余甘子、甘草、红花;采用HPLC测定制剂中小檗碱的含量。结果TLC可鉴别出小檗皮、余甘子、甘草、红花的特征斑点。HPLC法测定的小檗碱含量0.094-0.752μg与峰面积的积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.8%(n=9),RSD=1.13%。结论所建方法为藏成药八味小檗皮散的质量控制提供了实验依据。 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control standard for Bawei Xiaobopi powder. METHODS Cortex berberidis, Fructus phyllanthi , Radix glycyrrhizae and Flos carthami were identified by TLC, and the content of berberine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The TLC for the identification of Cortex berberidis, Fructus phyllanthi , Radix glycyrrhizae and Flos carthami in the powder were accurate for the characteristic spot. While the content of berberine was determined by HPLC, berberine showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.094 - 0.752 μg( r = 0.9998 ). The average recovery of berberine was 98.8% ( n = 9 ) with RSD of 1.13% by HPLC. CONCLUSION The method could be used for controlling the quality of Bawei Xiaobopi powder effectively.
