摘要
采用应用数理统计中的正交设计方法,对液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船围护系统殷瓦端部列板焊接作业中的操作人员、被安排的工作量和设备等因素进行各种组合分析计算,选出效率最高、焊接缺陷率最低的一种组合,作为安排现场焊接工作的依据。
The orthogonal design method of applied mathematical statistics is adopted to perform the analysis and calculation of different combinations of influencing factors on the invar end strake welding operation of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) vessel enclosure system such as the operators, assigned work load and equipment, in order to select the combination with highest efficiency and lowest defect rate, which will be the basis of on-site welding work arrangement.
