基于正交试验的乙醇汽油发动机进气系统优化设计 被引量:1

An Optimization Design of the Ethanol Gasoline Engine Intake System Based on the Orthogonal Test

摘要 为了提高发动机的充量系数,改善整机性能,针对一台掺烧10%乙醇的汽油发动机进行了进气系统的优化设计,分析了进气总管长度、进气总管管径、进气歧管长度、进气歧管管径对发动机性能的影响。用正交试验法建立了L16正交表,利用GT-POWER软件对LJ276QE汽油发动机进行了模拟计算。利用规范加权平方和法对模拟结果进行了分析,得到了进气系统结构参数对低掺烧比乙醇汽油发动机的功率、扭矩、燃油消耗率的影响主次顺序。优化后,发动机的功率最大提高2.86%、扭矩最大提高2.81%、燃油消耗率最大降低3.02%。 In order to improve the volumetric efficiency of the engine and better the performance of the whole engine, an optimal design of the intake system is made on a 10% blending ethanol gasoline engine. Besides that, the influence of the intake pipe length, the intake pipe diameter, the intake manifold length and the intake manifold diameter on the performance of the engine is also analyzed. An L16 orthogonal table is made by using the orthogonal experimental method, and the LJ276QE gasoline engine is simulated by using the GT-POWER software. When the results of the specification of weighted square sum method is analyzed, the influencing order of the intake system parameters to the low blending ethanol gasoline engine on the engine power, the torque and the fuel consumption ratio is found out. After optimization, the maximum power increases by 2.86%, the maximum torque increases by 2.81%, and the engine fuel consumption rate decreases by 3.02%.
