摘要
介绍了宁夏英力特化工股份有限公司膜法脱硝工艺的特点,分析了采用高低压膜过滤工艺对设备运行及节能降耗造成影响的原因,及冷却结晶分离技术对清液冷却器运行的影响,为后续系统的改进奠定了基础。
The characteristics of membrane-process sulfate removal process operated in Ningxia Yingte Chemical Co. Ltd. are introduced. The reasons for the influence of high and low pressure membrane filtration process on equipment operation and on energy consumption are analyzed. The influence of cooling crystallization separation technology on the operation of clear liquid cooler is also analyzed. The foundation is laid for the improvement of follow-up system.
