摘要
污水处理效果及其运行能耗是城镇污水处理运行效能评估的主要依据。贵港市石卡镇污水处理厂采用生物膜法A2/O—化学除磷—膜过滤工艺,试运行期间的运行数据统计显示,该工艺出水CODCr、BOD5、TN和NH3-N分别在12、3、3和1 mg/L以下,污水处理比能耗为0.35 k Wh/m3,投加化学除磷剂后,出水SS与总磷分别低于10、0.5mg/L,出水达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,显示该工艺具有较好的运行处理效果及其较低的能耗。
The evaluation of urban sewage treatment operation efficiency focuses on the effect and operation energy consumption of sewage treatment.Shika town sewage treatment plant managed the sewage by biofilm A 2/O-chemical phosphorus removal-membrane filtration process.The statistics data during the trial operation showed that the concentration of COD Cr,TN,BOD 5,and NH 3-N in effluent were lower than 12,3,3 and 1 mg/L,and the specific energy consumption of sewage treatment was 0.35 kWh/m 3.The concentration of SS and total phosphorus in effluent were respectively lower than 10,0.5mg/L after adding chemical phosphorus removal agent.The quality of treated effluent met the A level of first class according to“Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant”(GB 18918-2002)and showed that this process has better operation effect and lower energy consumption.
