摘要
着重分析了原设计膜法脱硝工艺在实际使用过程中出现的问题,并总结了改造后满足工艺要求、优化工艺操作、降低生产成本、减少固废排放,保证生产系统的高效稳定运行等效果。
The technical problems which were found in the practical operation of originally designed membrane process for sulfate removal were emphatically analyzed. Transformations were carried out, meeting the technological requirements, optimizing the process, reducing production costs, reducing waste emissions, ensuring efficient and stable running of production system, etc. Effects of the transformations were summarized.
