摘要 国内中医院校中医专业《微生物学与免疫学》在课程教学方面存在诸多问题,作为一门西医基础课,往往不能引起学校和学生的足够重视,学时数少,学生学习的积极性低。如何在有限的学时内,提高教学效果显得尤为重要。该文通过剖析我院中医仲景学术传承班学生的专业特点,在《微生物学与免疫学》教学过程中采用PBL联合LBL双轨教学模式,系统、全面地讲授理论知识的同时引入以临床案例为导向的问题讨论授课方式,充分调动学生的积极性,培养学生独立思考、深入钻研、自主学习和终身学习的能力。 There are many problems in the course teaching of Microbiology and Immunology in major of traditional Chinese medicine in colleges of traditional chinese medicine. As a basic course of Western medicine, it often fails to pay enough attention to the schools and students, and the number of hours is less, and the students' enthusiasm for learning is low. How to improve teaching efectiveness in efective hours is particularly important. Through the analysis of the professional characteristics of the students in the academic inheritance class of Zhongjing in our hospital, in the course of the teaching of Microbiology and Immunology, the PBL combined with LBL double track teaching mode is adopted, the theoretical knowledge is systematically and comprehensively introduced to the discussion of the clinical case oriented problem, and the students' enthusiasm is fully mobilized to cultivate the students' independent thinking, deep thinking, independent study and lifelong learning.
