摘要
目的探索PBL教学法与案例分析法在妇产科学教学中的应用体会,以期寻找更适合妇产科学教学的方法。方法将68名五年制临床医学专业学生均分为案例组和结合组,对比两组学生的教学效果。结果结合组学生接受教学实践学习后在判断性思维能力7个维度方面的评分及总评分高于案例组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合组学习能力的6个维度及学习促进6个维度方面评分均优于案例组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科学的临床教学中将PBL与案例分析法联合使用,可有效改善学生判断性思维能力,促进学生学习能力,提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method and case study method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching in order to find out more suitable teaching methods for obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 68 cases of five-year clinical medical students were divided into case group and combination group,comparing the teaching effect of two groups.Results The score of the 7 dimensions of judgmental thinking ability and total score in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the case group after they received the teaching practice,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The 6 dimensions of learning ability and 6 dimensions of learning promotion were also significantly better than the case group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of PBL and case analysis in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve students'ability of judging thinking,promote students'learning ability and improve teaching effect.
