摘要
目的探讨护士职业归因风格、一般自我效能与工作满意度间的相关性,为管理者采取措施提高工作满意度提供理论依据。方法采取便利抽样方法抽取泰安市3所三级甲等综合性医院护士475名,对其进行职业归因风格问卷、一般自我效能量表与工作满意度量表的问卷调查。结果护士工作满意度总均分为(94.59±23.71)分;工作满意度与自我效能、积极事件乐观归因风格呈正相关(P〈0.05),而与消极事件悲观归因风格呈负相关(P〈0.05)。分层回归分析显示,自我效能和积极事件乐观归因风格可以预测护士工作满意度水平总变异的15%。结论护士工作满意度处于中等水平,增强护士自我效能感,培养乐观归因风格是提高工作满意度的有效途径。
Objective To explore the correlation between occupational attribution style, general self-efficacy and job satisfaction, and provide theoretical basis for managers to take measures to improve job satisfaction. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to extract a total of 475 nurses from 3 Grade Three Class A comprehensive hospi- tal nurses in Tai'an city. They were surveyed by the occupational attribution style questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale and job satisfaction scale. Results The average total job satisfaction score of nurses was (94. 59 ±23, 71 ) points. Job satisfaction was positively correlated with self-efficacy, positive event optimistic attribution style (P〈0. 05), but negatively correlated with negative event pessimistic attribution style (P 〈 0. 05 ). Stratified regression analysis showed that self-efficacy and positive event optimistic attribution style predicted 15% of the total variation in nurses' job satisfaction level. Conclusions The nurses' job satisfaction is at a moderate level, which can be improved by enhan- cing the nurses' sense of self-efficacy and developing optimistic attributional style.
