摘要
临床实习是医学教育的关键时期,是培养、锻炼、提升学生动手能力和实践能力的重要途径。建构主义理论的核心是以学生为中心,强调"主动性"、"情境设计"和"协作支持"。将建构主义理论应用于输血科实习教学,满足学生终身学习的需要,调动学生临床实习阶段的积极性和主动性,更好促进学生对临床输血科新知识的理解和掌握。
Clinical practice is the key period of medical education, and is an important way to cultivate, train and enhance stu-dents' practical ability and practical ability. The core of constructivism theory is student-centered, emphasizing "initiative", " situation design" and "coUaborative support". The application of Constructivism Theory in practice teaching of blood trans-fusion can meet the needs of students' lifelong learning, arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative in clinical practice, and pro-mote students' understanding and mastery of new knowledge of clinical blood transfusion.
