摘要
冠状动脉心肌桥作为先天性的冠脉解剖异常,过往常常将其当成良性病变,而在检查手段逐渐完善和进步的过程中,心肌桥的临床检出率也在不断增加,越来越多的临床研究结果显示,心肌桥不但会引起心律失常、急性心肌梗死、心肌缺血,甚至可能导致猝死。因此临床医生应关注和重视心肌桥,及时诊断冠状动脉心肌桥,并选择合理的方式及时治疗,进而来对患者预后进行改善,促进患者疾病康复。
