摘要
心肌桥患者通常无明显临床症状表现,部分患者会出现劳力型心绞痛、急性冠脉综合征、心律失常、晕厥甚至猝死。本研究主要对目前此病的病理生理机制认识,以及流行的诊断方法及治疗手段作一综述。
Patients with myocardial bridge are often asymptomatic but some patients has symptoms such as exertional angina, acute coronary syndromes, cardiac arrhythmias, syncope or even sudden cardiac death. In this paper, the author reviewes current understanding of pathophysiology mechanism of myocardial bridge, and describes prevailing diagnostic methods and therapeutic methods.
