摘要
目的探讨分析美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉心肌桥的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的52例冠状动脉心肌桥患者,给予患者美托洛尔药物治疗干预,对该组患者治疗效果及治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、心率以及冠状动脉狭窄程度等指标进行统计观察。结果给予患者药物治疗干预之后,患者气短,胸闷和心慌等症状显著改善,临床治疗总有效率为94.23%;治疗后该组患者舒张压、收缩压、心率及冠脉狭窄度分别为(65±3)mm Hg、(127±13)mmHg、(64.2±6.4)次/min、(45.3±17.6)%,均明显低于治疗前的(74±7)mmHg、(138±15)mmHg、(74.4±6.8)次/min、(69.7±17.9)%,差异有统计学意义(t=7.856、4.257、8.769、7.698,P<0.05)。结论给予冠状动脉心肌桥患者美托洛尔治疗干预方式,能够显著改善患者心肌桥压迫情况,减少心绞痛发作频率,对患者临床症状起到改善和优化作用,值得在临床治疗上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of coronary myocardial bridge.Methods A total of 52 patients with coronary artery myocardial bridge admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated with metoprolol.The therapeutic effects and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and coronary artery before and after treatment were compared.Statistical indicators such as the degree of arterial stenosis were observed.Results After the drug treatment intervention,the patients' symptoms such as shortness of breath,chest tightness and palpitation were significantly improved.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 94.23%.After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and coronary stenosis were (65± 3) mmHg,(127±13) mmHg,(64.2±6.4) times/min,(45.3±17.6)%,both significantly lower than (74±7) mmHg,(138±15) mmHg before treatment,(74.4 ±6.8) times/min,(69.7±17.9)%,the difference was statistically significant (t=7.856,4.257,8.769,7.698,P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol treatment intervention in patients with coronary artery myocardial bridge can significantly improve myocardial bridge compression,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,improve and optimize the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
