摘要
目的探讨连续非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术的疗效分析,为临床应用治疗提供科学理论依据。方法方便选取2016年4月—2017年6月在该院治疗的行冠状动脉搭桥手术患者198例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组99例。对照组进行体外循环下冠脉搭桥手术,观察组进行非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术,观察两组患者的搭桥血管数、手术时间、监护时间及治疗情况、术后并发率等情况。结果观察组患者在非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术后,手术时间、呼吸机辅助时间、监护时间及术后住院时间均和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症情况也好于对照组,并发率分别为7.07%和21.21%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.31,P=0.032)。结论连续非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术在搭桥血管数相近的情况下,手术时间、监护时间及住院时间等均缩短,值得在临床上应用推广。
Objective To study the analysis of curative effect of consecutive off pump coronary artery bypass surgery thus providing scientific theoretical basis for the clinical application and treatment. Methods 198 cases of patients with coronary artery bypass surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with coronary artery bypass surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, while the observation group were treated with non-coronary artery bypass surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass,and the number of bypass vessels, operation time, monitoring time, treatment situation and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the operation time, respiration assisted time, monitoring time and postoperative length of stay between the two groups after surgery were statistically significant(P 0.05), and the postoperative complication was better than that in the control group(7.07% vs 21.21%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.31, P=0.032). Conclusion The operation time, monitoring time and length of stay are shortened when the number of bypass vessels is similar under the consecutive off pump coronary artery bypass surgery, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
