摘要
高职院校应结合职教发展实际,通过优秀传统文化的弘扬和实践,培养学生精益求精的"工匠精神",实现职业教育的终极发展。探讨了依托优秀传统文化的教育教学,培育学生"工匠精神"的基本途径,深入研究了职业教育创新与发展的重要意义。
Vocational colleges should combine the actual development of vocational education and cultivate the ＂artisan spirit＂ of students＇ by spreading and practicing the excellent traditional culture so as to realize the ultimate development of vocational education. This paper explores the basic ways of cultivating students＇ ＂artisan spirit＂ based on the education and teaching of excellent traditional culture, and deeply studies the significance of the innovation and development of vocational education.
