摘要
研究了不同原料锌含量对转底炉球团还原焙烧过程的影响,实验结果表明:随着原料锌含量的增加,成品金属化球团的抗压强度有劣化趋势,特别是当锌含量超过4. 75%时,球团强度劣化严重。在外部气流条件较差的焙烧条件下,锌含量增加导致的球团强度劣化现象更加严重。这主要是由于锌元素的还原影响了球团中金属铁的形成,并使渣系成分出现变化,对球团内部的粘结相产生的影响所致。
The influence of different zinc content in raw materials on pellets of rotary hearth furnace during the roasting and reduction process was investigated. The results show that, with the increase of zinc content in raw materials, the compressive strength of metallized pellets is in a degradation trend, especially when the zinc content is more than 4. 75 %. Under the condition of poor exterior gas flow roasting, the pellet strength degradation due to increase of zinc content becomes worse. This is because the reduction of zinc affects the formation of metal iron in the pellet and changes the composition of the slag, causing effect on the bonding phase inside the pellet.
