摘要 使用对辊压球机压团,对转炉污泥的冷固结成球性能进行了实验研究。结果显示,加糖浆和F粘结剂制成的球团抗压强度随粘结剂用量增加先增加后减小;用水玻璃作粘结剂时,球团抗压强度随粘结剂用量增加而增加。在一定水分含量下,球团抗压强度与膨润土添加量成正比。加糖浆、F粘结剂、水玻璃和膨润土四种粘结剂所制得的球团,其最大抗压强度分别为:1 214 N/个、1 094 N/个、1 268 N/个和976 N/个。四种球团的抗压强度都随成球压力的增加而增加,但变化趋势不尽相同。 Cold-bonded pelletizing performance of BOF sludge was studied by using a roller press. The results show that the pellet compression strength first increased and then decreased with respective addition of sugar syrup and F binding agent. The pellet compression strength increased with the increase of binding agent when water glass was used as the binding agent. With certain moisture content, the pellet compression strength is proportional to addition of bentonite. For the pellet made by respective addition of sugar syrup, F binder, soluble glass and bentonite, the highest pellet compression strength got from experiment were 1 214 N/P, 1 094 N/P, 1 268 N/P and 976 N/P respectively. The compression strength for the four kinds of pellet all increased with the increase of balling pressure, though the upward trends were different.
