摘要
高炉瓦斯灰是钢铁企业主要固体废弃物之一,关于高炉瓦斯灰的回收利用是目前亟待解决的问题。分析了高炉瓦斯灰各组分的化学成分、含水率、堆密度及其粒度组成,并在其中混入生石灰压成球团后进行焙烧实验,探究混合料配比、焙烧温度、球团烘干情况及混合料碱度对球团机械性能的影响,得到的最优条件大大增加了工业生产效益。
Blast furnace gas ash is one of the main solid wastes in iron and steel enterprises.The recycling of blast furnace gas ash is an urgent problem to be solved at present.In this paper,the chemical composition,moisture content,bulk density and particle size composition of each component of blast furnace gas ash are analyzed,and the calcined experiment is carried out after quicklime is mixed into pellets.The effects of mixture ratio,calcined temperature,pellet drying degree and mixture alkalinity on the mechanical properties of pellets are explored.The optimal conditions obtained greatly increase the benefits of industrial production.
