摘要
研究所用高炉瓦斯灰是炼铁过程中布袋除尘器收集下来的一种超细粉末状混合物.其含铁品位低,钾、钠、氟含量较高,严重制约其返烧结工艺.为寻求综合利用途径,从瓦斯灰中进行磁选铁和浮选碳的试验.试验结果表明,磁选铁的品位能达到48%,而浮选出的固定碳达到42.32%.
Blast furnace gas ash used for research is solid superfine powder mixture collected in the bag filter during iron-making process.As its low grade of ferrum and higher content of potassium,sodium and fluoride,gas ash is seriously restrained from going back to the sintering process.The experiments of ash from the gas in a magnetic separation of iron and carbon flotation were done in order to find ways of its comprehensive utilization.The experimental results show that magnetic separation iron grade can reach 48% while the floating-elected fixed carbon arrives at 42.32%.
