摘要
对某公司的拜耳法赤泥采用转底炉直接还原-磨矿磁选和转底炉直接还原-燃气炉熔分两种处理流程进行试验研究发现:当拜耳法赤泥水分在10%左右时,球团强度能满足转底炉还原要求;继续通过蓄热式燃气炉(SRF)熔炼球团,虽然熔融状态赤泥对还原炉衬侵蚀性较强,但是产出铁水全铁含量达到93%,且渣铁分离效果好。
The two processes of rotary hearth furnace direct reduction plus grinding magnetic separation and rotary hearth furnace direct reduction plus gas furnace melting were tested for Bayer red mud in one company. The results showed that: when the moisture of Bayer red mud was about 10%, the pellet strength can meet the reduction requirements of the rotary hearth furnace; through the regenerative gas furnace( SRF) smelting pellets in the downstream process, although the molten red mud had strong erosion on the reduction refractory, the total Fe content in the produced molten iron reached 93%, and the effect of separation between slag and iron was good.
