摘要
以赤泥为原料,采用温度为1150℃、还原180min的条件进行煤基直接还原,研究Na2CO3和CaF2对赤泥铁氧化物还原的影响;采用光学显微镜观察还原样的显微结构,并对还原样及经球磨磁选后得到的精矿和尾矿的TFe品位以及MFe含量进行分析。研究结果表明:纯赤泥还原样金属化率低于90%,其渣铁分离效果差;添加3%Na2CO3和3%CaF2后还原样金属化率提高到92.79%,磁选精矿品位上升到89.57%,铁回收率达到91.15%;添加Na2CO3和CaF2可提高FeO的还原反应活度,降低固相反应产物的熔点和黏度,优化还原过程中传热和传质条件,强化赤泥的还原。
Effect of Na2CO3 and CaF2 on reduction of red mud oxide was studied under the condition of 1 150 ℃,coal-based direct reduction for 180 min. Microstructure of reduction sample was observed with optical microscope. TFe and MFe of reduction sample,along with concentrate and tailing separated by ball milling and magnetic method were analyzed. The results show that metallization rate of red mud is lower than 90% and the separation efficiency of iron and slag is low. However,with 3% of Na2CO3 and 3% of CaF2,metallization rate of red mud increases to 92.79%,grade of concentrate increases to 89.57%,and recovery ratio of iron is 91.15%. Adding Na2CO3 and CaF2 can increase reducing reaction activity of FeO,as well as decrease melting point and viscosity of bath generated through solid phase reaction. Meanwhile,mass and heat transfer condition of reducing reaction and the reduction of red mud can be promoted.
