摘要
文章针对目前分类培养模式理念进行金工实习课程改革,培养具有良好专业技术能力和一定企业管理能力的复合型人才;培养具备良好大工程分析、应用、解决问题能力的高技能技术应用人才,以更好地促进应用型本科教学。分析学生总体特性,制定行之有效的培养方案,结合教学方法和教学手段的改进,将金工实习与课程相结合,以项目式和任务驱动贯穿于整个教学过程达到良好的教学效果。将企业管理方法、企业实战工程经验贯彻于整个教学中,最终培养出具备良好管理能力、管理情商、管理技巧,同时具备较高创造性和创新性的综合型应用人才。
The curriculum reform of metalworking practice is carried out on the basis of the concept of the current classification and training mode. We should cultivate the compound talents with good professional skills and certain business management capabilities, and train highly skilled technical application talents with good engineering analysis,application and problem-solving skills, so as to better promote the application oriented undergraduate teaching. This paper analyses the overall characteristics of students, develops the effective training programs, combined with the improvement of teaching methods and teaching methods, combines metalworking practice with curriculum, project and task driven throughout the whole teaching process, and achieves the good teaching results. The enterprise management method and practical engineering experience will be carried out in the whole teaching, and ultimately achieve a good management ability, management EQ, management skills, as well as a high degree of creativity and innovation in the comprehensive application of talent.
