摘要
以新工科为引领,学科建设为龙头,普通二本院校往应用型转型的过程中,不仅要求提高学生专业理论知识水平,同时要着重提高学生动手实践能力,为培养应用型人才打下坚实的基础.在此大环境下,对理论与实践结合的教学要求日益提高,因此该文以《机械制造工程基础》和《金工实习》为研究对象,把金工实习中的车、铣、钳、刨、铸造、锻造等实践环节,交叉融入到《机械制造工程基础》理论教学过程当中,将学习内容开展科学合理安排,开展交叉式教学,做到理论与实践的高度契合,这对学生学习专业知识及日后发展有着十分重要的现实意义.
Under the guidance of new engineering and subject construction, in the process of transformation from general secondar y colleges to application-oriented ones, it is not only required to improve students'professional theoretical knowledge, but also to focus on improving students' practical ability, laying a solid foundation for training application-oriented talents. In this environment, the teaching requirement of combining theory with practice is increasing day by day. Therefore, this paper takes "Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering" and "Metalworking Practice" as the research objects, and integrates the practical links of turning, milling, clamp, planer, casting and forging in the metalworking practice into the theoretical teaching process of "Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering", and arranges the learning contents scientif ically and reasonably. It is of great practical signif icance for students to learn professional knowledge and develop in the future to carry out Cross-teaching and to achieve a high degree of agreement between theory and practice.
