摘要
为促进研究生教育改革,提升人才培养质量,着眼于研究生培养体系,从"准硕士生"阶段入手,积极推进本科生教育和研究生教育的有效衔接.基于多水平线性模型,探讨"准硕士生"学业准备影响因素,从院校层面和个人层面建立回归模型.研究发现,院校类型大部分变量没有显著影响,但就读院校层次不同,"准硕士生"学业准备差异却很大.此外,家庭经济背景、本科学习成绩、学习动机与学业准备存在正相关关系.建议各高校重视"准硕士生"学业准备,树立正确的学习动机,给予一定的学术指导,制定完善的人才培养体系以此促进研究生的培养质量.
In order to promote postgraduate education reform and improve the quality of personnel training, the paper focuses on the postgraduate education system, starting from the stage of ＂pre-master student＂, and actively promoting the effective convergence of un- dergraduate education and graduate education. This thesis is based on the multilevel linear model to discuss the factors affecting the ac- ademic preparations of ＂pre-master student＂, and to establish the regression model from the level of college and individual. The re- search shows that most of the variables in types of colleges do not have significant effect, but there is a great disparity in the academic preparations of ＂pre-master student＂ from different level colleges. In addition, there is a positive correlation between family economic background, undergraduate academic achievement, learning motivation and academic preparation. This thesis suggests that every col- lege should pay attention to the academic preparations and a correct learning motivation of ＂pre-master student＂, should give them a certain academic guidance and develop a perfect personnel training system to promote the postgraduate education quality.
