摘要
目的探讨高仿真模拟教学法在重症监护室(ICU)护士连续性肾脏代替治疗(Continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)岗位胜任力培训中的应用及效果。方法选取ICU科室有2~5年护理经验的护士为研究对象。将2016-2017年采取传统教学法进行培训的38名护士设为对照组,2017-2018年采取高仿真模拟教学法培训的41名护士设为实验组,比较两种方法培训后护士CRRT岗位胜任力的差异。结果实验组护士CRRT综合能力,取得CRRT上岗证的平均时间,CRRT岗位评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论在ICU护士CRRT岗位胜任力培训中引入高仿真模拟教学法,能提高临床教学培训质量,提升专科护理技术水平。
Objective To study the application effect of high fidelity simulation teaching method during the posi tion competency training of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) nurses in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods The population target included nurses with two to five years of nursing experience caring in the ICU. The 38 nurses who were trained in the traditional teaching method from 2016 to 2017 were selected as control group. 41 nurses who were trained in the high fidelity simulation teaching method from 2017 2018 were selected as applied group. The difference of position competency of CRRT nurses after training was compared between the two group. Results There was no statistical difference in knowledge level, education, working age, professional title between the two group. The CRRT comprehensive ability, the average time of get the CRRT job card, and the CRRT Job grading of the applied group nurses was significantly better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The high fidelity simulation teaching method can improve the quality of clinical teaching and training, and improve the technical level of specialized nursing when it was introduced into the position competency training of CRRT nurses in ICU.
