摘要
加强内涵建设,提高教学质量,培养高素质技能人才是新形势下高职院校改革与发展的核心工作与长期任务。通过对高职院校内涵建设存在的专业设置考虑不全面、课程体系不合理、学生学习积极性不高等问题进行分析,提出了高职院校应服务地方发展,科学设置专业;深化校企合作,完善实训体系;强化办学特色,实现科学发展等建议,为提升高职院校人才培养质量,实现高职教育健康发展提供帮助。
Strengthening the connotation construction, improving the teaching quality and cultivating high-quality skilled personnel arethe core work and long-term task for the reformation and development of Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era. By analyzing suchproblems as： not taking the major setup into comprehensive consideration, unreasonable curriculum system and the lack of learning moti-vation among the students, It puts forward that Higher vocational Colleges should serve the development of local area, scientifically set uptheir specialties, deepen the cooperation between school and enterprises, improve the training system, strengthen the characteristics ofschool running and realize the scientific development, etc. It is hoped to provide reference for the improvement of the talent training quali-ty in Higher Vocational College and realizing the healthy development of higher vocational education.
