摘要
通过调研省内外电力工程建设企业海外工程项目员工培养与建设情况,对“一带一路”国家能源电力类企业本土应用型人才订单式培养模式进行了探讨,概述了海外人才订单式培养的背景和意义,探讨了校企合作开展海外人才订单式培养的必要性。结合目前工作实践,对“一带一路”国家能源电力类本土应用型人才订单式培养模式和实施方案进行了总结和归纳。
Based on the investigation of overseas project staff training and construction of power engineering construction enterprises inside and outside The province,this paper probes into the"One Belt and One Road"national energy and electric power domestic application talent order training mode,summarizes the significance of overseas talent order training,and discusses the necessity of overseas talent order training.Combined with the practice of current work,the promotion mode and implementation plan of cultivating local order type applied talents for"One Belt And One Road"country are summarized,refined and summarized.
