摘要 目的:探究高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、人跨膜蛋白(Notch1)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在宫颈癌组织的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年1月于本院确诊为宫颈鳞癌并行手术治疗的患者60例宫颈组织(宫颈癌组),另取同期本院确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅲ期的患者40例(CIN组)和参加体检的健康志愿者20例(对照组)宫颈组织。采用免疫组化方法检测各组标本组织中HMGB1、Notch1和PCNA,探究宫颈癌组织不同临床病理特征下3种细胞因子的表达差异及相关性。结果:HMGB1、Notch1和PCNA的阳性表达率宫颈癌组>CIN组>对照组(P均<0.05)。宫颈癌组患者分化程度低、临床病理分期(TNM)高的标本HMGB1、Notch1和PCNA的阳性表达程度最高,且HMGB1、Notch1和PCNA在表达上两两间均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:与对照组和CIN组宫颈组织相比,在宫颈癌组的HMGB1、Notch1和PCNA表达显著提高,其表达程度随分化程度下降、TNM分期增加而提高。 Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1), human transmembrane protein Notch1, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in cervical cancer tissues. Methods: From Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2018, cervix tissues specimens of 60 patients who were diagnosed as cervical squamous cell carcinoma and treated by operation were collected. At the same period, cervix tissues specimens of 40 patients who were diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) stage Ⅲ, and other cervix tissues specimens of 20 healthy volunteers were also collected. The expression of HMGB1, Notch1 and PCNA in different cervix tissues specimens were detected by immunohistochemical method. And the difference and correlation of 3 cytokines expression in cervical tissues with different clinicopathological features were explored. Results: The positive expression rates of HMGB1, Notchl and PCNA in cervix tissues of patients with CIN stage III were significant lower than those of pa- tients with cervical cancer, but were significant higher than those of health women (P〈0.05). In the patients with cer- vical cancer, the positive expressions of HMGB1, Notchl and PCNA were the highest in cervical tissues of patients with low differentiation and high clinical pathological stage (TNM). And the expressions of HMGB1, Notch1 and PC- NA were positively correlated (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The expression of HMGB1, Notchl and PCNA increased in cervical cancer tissues, and the degree of expression of HMGB1, Notch1 and PCNA is increasing as the cervical cancer cells become more poor differentiated degree and the TNM stage increases.
