摘要
目的:探讨健脾愈疡汤结合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床效果。方法:选择2016年8月—2017年8月我院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者120例,将所有患者随机分为两组,各60例。对照组使用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以健脾愈疡汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后UCAI指数及炎症指标变化情况。结果:治疗前两组UCAI评分、炎症指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组UCAI评分低于对照组,CRP、ESR指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予溃疡性结肠炎患者健脾愈疡汤结合美沙拉嗪治疗可有效降低炎症反应,改善UCAI指数,有利于加快疾病好转。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Yuyang Decoction （健脾愈疡汤） combined with mealazine on UCAI, CRP and ESR of ulcerative colitis patients. Methods： A total of 120 cases of ulcerative colitis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected, and all patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mesalazine, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yuyang Decoction（健脾愈疡汤） combined with mealazine, and the changes of UCAI index and inflammation index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of UCAI scores and inflammatory markers before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the UCAI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the level of CRP and ESR was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Yuyang Decoction （健脾愈疡汤）combined with mealazin was helpful to reduce the inflammatory response and improve the UCAI index in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
