摘要
特高压工程调试相比500 k V及以下电网建设工程的调试具有很多新特点,项目部模式解决了传统电网建设工程调试管理模式不适应特高压工程的问题,在多个特高压工程调试的实践中得到了验证,具有显著的优势。
The commissioning of the UHV project has many new features compared with the commissioning of the power grid construction project under 500 k V.The project department model solves the problem that the traditional power grid construction project commissioning management mode does not,proving it adaptive to the UHV project.This has been verified in the practice of several UHV Engineering commissioning and has remarkable advantages.
