摘要
特高压建设目前已成为我国电力建设主流项目之一。本文就通过对特高压建设背景下停电计划刚性管理进行探讨,在探讨过程中提出三合一管理模式,该管理模式能够有效地减少停电次数,将停电时间缩短到一定范围内,保证用户的正常用电。提升停电计划的执行力度,同时也能够降低停电所带来的风险。电网安全可靠运行是电网企业赖以生存的基础。
UHV construction has become one of the construction projects in China.This paper discusses the rigid management of blackout plan under the background of UHV construction.In the process of discussion,a three-in-one management mode is proposed.This management mode can effectively reduce the number of power outages and shorten the blackout time to a certain range to ensure the normal operation of users.Use electricity.Improve the implementation of power outage plans,but also reduce the risk of power outages.The reliable operation of the grid’s safe operation is the basis for the grid companies to survive.
