摘要
目的:在高校健身瑜伽选项课中建立MOOC翻转课堂教学模式,并与传统教学形式进行比较研究,为高校公共瑜伽选项课的教育教学改革提供依据。对象与方法:以大学体育健身瑜伽选项课中的188名学生为教改研究对象,研究构建了高校健身瑜伽选项课的翻转课堂教学模式下通过《健身瑜伽108式》理论教学、体位法、呼吸以及冥想等训练,最后测量被试者16周前后的测试成绩、问卷调查结果的变化。结果:(1)学生的健身瑜伽理论知识测试成绩明显优于传统教学模式;(2)学生的健身瑜伽技术技能的测试成绩明显优于传统教学模式;(3)从传统的教学层次上来讲,使用MOOC翻转课堂形式的教学设计更容易吸引学生的兴趣。结论:MOOC翻转课堂教学模式非常适合高校健身瑜伽选项课,此模式能提高学生的技术技能水平,调动学生的学习主动性和创造性。
Objective In the course of fitness Yoga, the mode of MOOC flipped classroom is established and compared with the traditional teaching mode. It provides the basis for the reform of public optional courses in universities. Subjects and methods : 188 students are taken in the optional course of physical yoga in university as the subject of teaching reform, the research established the teaching mode of "Fitness Yoga 108" under the mode of MOOC flipped classroom in the optional course of fitness Yoga, and the test results and questionnaire results of the subjects before and after 16 weeks were measured at the end. Results: ( 1 ) The test results of students" theoretical knowledge for fitness Yoga were significantly better than the traditional teaching mode; (2) The test results of students" yoga skills are obviously superior to those of traditional teaching methods ; ( 3 ) From the traditional teaching level, the use of MOOC flipped classroom teaching is more likely to attract students'interest. Conclusion: The mode of MOOC flipped classroom is suitable for the optional course of college fitness Yoga. This mode can improve the students skill level and arouse the students'initiative and creativity.
