摘要
改革开放40年来,我国师生关系研究大致经历了师生主客体论争和民主、平等师生关系探讨两个阶段.师生关系研究取得了丰硕成果,内容涵盖了师生关系涵义、类型、特点、师生冲突、师生关系建构等七个方面.反思已有研究,师生关系研究呈现出主体多元化、视角多维化、方法综合化、层次纵深化、取向实践化等特点;师生的地位与作用获得了深入探讨;实践应用性研究逐步加强,师生冲突成为独立研究主题,师生关系建构获得了共识性认识.
For forty years of the reform and opening-up,the study of teacher-student relationship in China has gone throughtwo stages:the subject-object debate between teachers and students,and the discussion on the democratic and equal teacher-student relationship. The study of the relationship between teachers and students has achieved fruitful results,which covers sevenaspects including the meaning, types, characteristics, and the construction of teacher - student relationship, and the conflictsbetween teachers and students. Through reflection,the study of teacher-student relationship shows such features as diversifiedsubjects,multidimensional perspectives,comprehensive methods,vertical deepening and practical orientation; moreover, the statusand function of both teachers and students have been discussed in details. The basic theoretical study has been developed in an all-round way. Practical application study has been gradually strengthened,and the conflict between teachers and students has be-come an independent study topic,and the construction of the relationship between teachers and students has reached consensusunderstanding.
