摘要
如果承认教师应当在教学活动中起主导作用,那么教学活动良好与否包括师生关系良好与否的关键是教师。教师的这种关键作用在于教师是否在教学活动中能真正做到真诚、真实与正当,这是教师的一种精神状态和境界,同时也是教师修习的一个过程。教师的修习不应超越于教学活动之外,而应通过或在教学活动过程中进行。教师的修习必然受到教学制度的影响和制约,超越教学制度的教师修习是不现实的。当前,我们迫切需要强化教学制度的规约,使教师的教学活动及因之产生的师生关系得到教学制度的伦理关怀。
The improvement of the current unsatisfactory teacher-student relationship must start with the reflection and reform of the present teaching form and activities. If the teacher's leading role in the teaching process is admitted, the key link for the satisfactory relationship between teacher and students lies in the teacher. Such leading role rests in teacher 's honest, practical and reasonable behaviors in the teaching process, which are not only an ideal realm of teacher's thought, but also a process of teacher's self-improvement. In this connection, the teacher's self-improvement should not go beyond the teaching activities but within the framework of teaching activities. In view of the influences and limitations of the teaching system, any self-improvement going beyond the teaching system is not feasible. At present, it is urgent to strengthen the regulations of the teaching system so as to show ethical care for teacher's teaching activities and the teacher-student relationship.
