摘要
以溶聚丁苯橡胶为原料,在环己烷溶剂中用双氧水和甲酸对丁二烯与苯乙烯共聚物链中的双键进行环氧化改性。通过核磁共振仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱等对改性后的橡胶进行结构表征,并对改性硫化胶进行力学性能测试。结果表明,环氧化改性后,白炭黑在橡胶体系中的分散性得到明显改善。随着环氧度的增加,环氧化溶聚丁苯橡胶(ESSBR)的100%和300%定伸应力及拉伸强度增大,扯断伸长率下降。与溶聚丁苯橡胶相比,当环氧度为7%时,ESSBR的DIN磨耗体积下降了47.3%,0℃的损耗因子提高了124.4%,60℃的损耗因子基本不变。
The double bonds in the copolymer chain of butadiene and styrene were modified by hy drogen peroxide and formic acid, using solution po- lymerized styrene-butadiene rubber as raw mate- rial. The modified rubber was characterized by nu clear magnetic resonanceand Fourier transform infra- red spectroscopy, and the mechanical properties of the modified vulcanizates were carried out. The re sults showed that the dispersion of silica in rubber system improved significantly after epoxidation. Modulus at 100% and 300% and tensile strength ofepoxidized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (ESSBR)increased with increasing epoxida tion degree, while elongation at break decreased. Compared with solution polymerized styrene-butadi- ene rubber, the DIN wear volume of ESSBR de creased 47.3%, the loss factor of 0 ℃increased 124. 4% , and the loss factor of 60℃ was basically unchanged, when the epoxidation degree was 7%.
