摘要
以聚乙二醇为相转移催化剂,采用甲酸一过氧化氢法制备了环氧化丁苯橡胶(SBR),研究了聚乙二醇/SBR(质量比)、甲酸/SBR(质量比)、过氧化氢/甲酸(摩尔比)、SBR质量浓度、反应温度、反应时间的影响。并用红外光谱法及核磁共振法对其结构进行了表征。结果指出,相转移催化剂聚乙二醇可提高SBR的环氧化程度。最佳环氧化反应条件为:聚乙二醇/SBR0.05,甲酸/SBR0.15,过氧化氢/甲酸1.0~1.2,SBR质量浓度0.11g/mL,反应温度70℃,反应时间4h。
The epoxidized styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) was prepared by formic acid-hydrogen peroxide using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as phase transfer catalyst. The effects of PEG/SBR ( mass ratio) , formic acid/SBR ( mass ratio ) , hydrogen peroxide/formic acid (mole ratio), mass concentration of SBR,reaction temperature and time were investigated. The epoxidized SBR was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic reso-nance. The results showed that polyethylene glycol could increase the degree of epoxidation of SBR. The optimum conditions were polyethylene glycol/SBR 0.05, formic acid/SBR 0. 15, hydrogen peroxide/formic acid 1.0 ~ 1.2, mass concentration of SBR 0. 11 g/mL at 70℃ for 4 h.
