摘要
目前，脓毒症相关急性呼吸窘迫综合征（adult respiratory distress syndrome，ARDS）的治疗研究进展甚微，但它却是导致重症感染患者主要的死因之一。他汀类药物是临床上最常用的降脂药物，它的抗炎、免疫调节和抗氧化等多效性也备受关注，其多效性与脓毒症相关ARDS的发病机制存在诸多相关性，本文就他汀类药物在脓毒症相关ARDS治疗方面的研究进行综述。
Statins are the most commonly used lipid - lowering drugs in the clinic. In recent years, its anti - inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antioxidant and other pleiotropic effects has attracted much attention. At present, there is little progress in the treatment of sepsis associated adult respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）, and become one of the major causes of death in patients with severe infection. The pleiotropic effects of statins and the pathogenesis of sepsis associated ARDS has many correlation, may be an effective drug in the treatment. This paper summarizes research on statins in the treatment of sepsis associated ARDS.
