2015年《血脂异常老年人使用他汀类药物中国专家共识》解读

摘要 老年人是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)的高危人群,是他汀类药物治疗的适宜人群。而出于对老年人应用他汀类药物是否获益及安全性的担忧,老年人他汀类药物的应用严重不足。近期,《中华内科杂志》发表了《血脂异常老年人使用他汀类药物中国专家共识》(以下简称“共识”)。本版共识是在2010年发表的《血脂异常老年人使用他汀类药物中国专家共识》的基础上,结合近年血脂异常治疗的进展,综合众多老年心脑血管疾病专家的建议更新而成的。
