摘要
学科素养(SL)是衡量教师是否合格的重要标尺。本文以省属普通本科321名英语师范生为研究对象,以Mashira等提出的TPACK理论和Burns、Richards及Freeman等的教师认知观及语言教师观为理论基础,结合英语学科特点和要求构建问卷结构模型,经试测和正式施测,显示量表具有很好的信度和效度。数据统计发现,英语师范生的职业认知(TC)水平中等偏上,学科教学法(PK)和学科内容(CK)知识结构还不够坚实,知识结构与技能综合应用能力(TPACK)不足,学科素养有待进一步提升。
Subject Literacy( SL) is the measurement of the qualification of a teacher. This study tries to investigate 321 undergraduate Normal English Majors' SL based on Mashira's theory of TPACK and Burns,Richards Freeman's Theory of Teacher Cognition( TC) and Perspectives of Teacher Education( PTE). The paper builds up a model and an revised questionnaire to test 321 undergraduate Normal English Majors' SL,ahead of which the validity and reliability of the revised questionnaire has been tested and all the variables and items have been proven to be appropriate. The author employs SPSS to analyze the data which shows that: 321 Normal English Majors' TC is a little bit above the average,their PK,CK and TPACK are not good enough,and thus SL should be improved further.
