摘要
目的以数据挖掘方法 ,分析《中国中医药数据库》治疗肾脏相关疾病的方剂,探讨党参及其方剂在治疗肾脏相关疾病中的应用。方法从中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所建立的"中国方剂数据库"中收集用于治疗肾脏相关疾病的方剂,建立数据库,分别采用SPSS 20.0和SPSS Clememetine 12.0作为数据挖掘平台,对党参使用频数和药方组方进行分析,绘制党参与常用中药关联的网络图。结果治疗肾脏相关疾病中药方剂共164方,其中含党参有80方;103组常用药物组合,含党参药材的64组,共涉及20味中药;党参与其组成常用药方,在治疗肾炎、糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征、肾功能衰竭的肾脏相关疾病中均发挥健脾补气之功效。结论在治疗肾脏相关疾病中,党参健脾补气、益气养阴,可改善肾功能,延缓肾病的进展,可为临床用药提供参考。
Objective To analyze the prescription in the treatment of nephropathy in Chinese traditional medicine database and to explore the application of Codonopsis pilosula and its prescriptions by data mining method. Methods The formulas of Codonopsis pilosula in the treatment of nephropathy were collected from the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） Formula Database. The frequency and the common combinations of Codonopsis pilosula were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and SPSS clementine 12.0 as the platform of data mining approach,respectively. The network diagrama was drawn to reveal the relationship between Codonopsis pilosula and other TCMs. Results Eighty in 164 prescriptions contained Codonopsises were found for treating kidney disease. 103 groups of commonly used drug combinations were included 64 sets of Codonopsis pilosula and involved 20 TCM herbs,which exerted the effect of nourishing Qi to invigorate spleen in the treatment of nephritis,diabetic nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome as well as renal failure. Conclusion In the treatment of renal-related diseases,codonopsis pilosula play a role in invigorating the spleen and nourishing Yin,and improving the kidney function as well delaying the progress of kidney disease,which could provide the reference for clinical treatment of this drug and its formula.
